Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
This page explains what Prime Tree Removal Eltham ("we", "us") does with personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you type or upload into the form:
- your name, phone number and suburb
- how soon you need the work done and anything you tell us about the job
- any photos you attach
- the page you sent the form from
How we use it
We use your details to contact you, look at your job and give you a quote. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
If you call us, we use your number to talk to you about the job.
Sending the form asks for a quote and doesn't book any work. How quotes work is set out in our terms of use.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in a secure database and emailed to the people who quote and do the work. We use service providers for the website, the database, email delivery and enquiry handling, and some of them may store data outside Australia.
Those providers only handle your details to run these services for us.
Website analytics and maps
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It uses cookies and doesn't give us your name.
The map on our homepage is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Ring us on (03) 9123 6486 or email info@primetreeremovaleltham.com.au.
If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy issue, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes
